Be free

Some people get so defensive in their interactions, so armed or uncomfortable as a result of seeing “problems”, flaws, weakness in themselves that others may not even see it. That’s why it is so important to work on our self-image and the way we think and feel about ourselves. It will affect everything else.

It can take some time for us to be able to access that confidence that allows us to be present and engage with others without overthinking, without an agenda and without judgments of what is right or wrong.

It’s nice when we give ourselves permission to be free, show who we are, with authenticity and understanding that we are enough.

The better we feel, bigger are the chances to be warm, curious, interested, comfortable, less defensive and more vulnerable.
And vulnerability is the key for deep connections.
